The Ovation Group specializes in supporting professional speakers and non-event planners tasked with organizing meetings and events outside their scope of experience. We manage the administrative, technical and logistics details to ensure everything is handled to perfection, doing what we do best while our clients focus on what they do best.


Our technical experts help with website and blog design, development and maintenance, whether in HTML or a content management system such as WordPress or Drupal. Additionally, we offer webinar, podcasting, video and applications support. We can create databases, spreadsheets, web forms, e-mail lists, and anything you need to make achieving your goals easier.


We handle calendaring and e-mail, drafting correspondence and responding to inquiries from speakers' bureaus and event planners, completing and delivering contracts and invoicing. We also handle editing and proofreading your documents, books, blogs and web content, designing graphics, newsletters and presentations, and so much more.


We specialize in details, and logistical details can make or break your appearance or events. Strong logistics management is our forté. We'll handle any or all aspects of travel, ground transportation and lodging as well as logistics related to venues, vendors, installations, supplies, deliveries, shipping, customs clearance and operations.


We offer two decades of experience with finding and securing speaking engagements as well as attracting, screening and confirming speakers for events.
